the great fire
My building burned all the way up to the 14th floor. It started with Shakey's and somehow the fire made its way up to our office. Only the frame was left. I didn't get up there but I could see from below the extent of the damage.
And then another scene...
I was a nurse on my first day at a very irregular shift. I was to tend to 3 or 4 patients but I got to start at 5am and leave at 6am (my first day cut down to one hour) just to take shower and sleep at home and then go back. I was about to take my shower when one patient volunteered to get me a drinking water. I thought it was weird coz I supposed to be the nurse but she went anyway.
Now aint that weird? Does this mean I need to look for another job?
